Robert Seevers, Senior Advisor at Pearl Pathways, will travel to Washington, DC May 17-18, 2018 to speak about Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Seevers will speak to the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) on behalf of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). GDP is an area of increasing regulatory scrutiny, and Seevers will provide an update on USP’s work in the area, paying particular attention to over the counter medications. The goal is to ensure that products maintain their quality through the suppy chain by avoiding extended exposure to extreme temperatures. Seevers is an active member of the USP Expert Committee on Packaging and Distribution.
