The FDA has recently announced that two new Centers of Excellence in Regulatory Science and Innovation (CERSI)  will receive $2 million to fund research to help improve the review process and evaluation of new innovations.  The two centers will be located at Georgetown University and University of Maryland to be located close to Washington, D.C. to increase the amount of face-to-face interaction and to aid training with the FDA .  The FDA is taking a step to address problems and make the process more efficient.  The new investment is sure to help product development and to get the products to the people who need them.  To read more, go here.
