Director of Business Development
As the director of business development, Chad assumes responsibilities for driving and leading all sales, business development and marketing of professional services within Pearl Pathways’ professional service offerings for Regulatory, Quality, Clinical and IRB services.
Chad is a seasoned business leader who has extensive expertise in the life science industry bringing over ten years of experience in sales, relationship building, marketing and product management. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in medical device and capital equipment sales, and most recently, he served as the Global Product Manager at Cook Medical where he executed both upstream and downstream product management, created the commercialization plan, and led the marketing strategy and global product launch for multiple new medical device and equipment technologies to the global sales team in the urological market. Chad has a proven track record of driving business growth, launching new products and services, and influencing product development decisions in the fast changing medical device industry.
Chad received his B.S. in Health and Human Development with a focus in Consumer Science and Business Administration from Montana State University and his Project Management Certification from DePaul University. Additionally, Chad participates with a team of business leaders as a mentor in the Purdue FoundryX, and the Indiana Council for Biomedical Innovation where he is involved in coaching start-up entrepreneurial life science companies to accelerate growth.
